Once you log into your account, your trip details will appear. View the flights and hotels that are included in the trip purchased and when the services are fully confirmed.
Yes, if the flights are not confirmed, You will be able to see your flight times, departure/arrival airports, baggage allowance and the PNR (Passenger Name Record), this will allow you to manage your booking on the airline website.
Yes, if the hotels are not yet confirmed, a blue banner will be visible displaying the hotel category booked and the list of hotels we operate with. Once the hotels have been confirmed, a green confirmed box will appear next to your confirmed hotel.
