Can I make a booking for Travelers departing from different originating cities?
Updated
Yes, it’s possible! To do so, Travelers must be grouped and booked according to their departure city. Because everyone in a single booking must depart from the same location and receive identical services, the best approach is to create separate bookings for each departure city.
This allows everyone to begin their journey from their preferred departure point while enjoying the same overall trip experience.
Please note:
Hotel accommodation: Travelers must be on the same booking to share a room.
Requirements to link bookings: All bookings must be for the same trip, travel dates, and category. Once all bookings are confirmed, contact us to request that they be linked.
Trips with internal flights: Linking bookings allows us to coordinate ground services and hotels; however, we cannot guarantee that Travelers will be on the same internal flights. If traveling together on internal flights is essential, all Travelers must be included on the same booking.
To give us the best chance of coordinating your group, the timing of your request is important:
More than 35 days before departure: We have the best opportunity to coordinate your arrangements. While we prioritize early requests, linking is subject to availability.
Less than 35 days before departure: We will do our best to coordinate your services, but as many arrangements have already been finalized, we cannot guarantee that all elements can be linked.
Group size limits:
A maximum of 15 Travelers can be linked across separate bookings. However, for itineraries that include Morocco Costa Rica, or Japan, a maximum of 9 Travelers can be linked, as we cannot guarantee accommodation availability for larger groups staying in the same location.
For help coordinating your group, complete our Online Form, and we'll be delighted to assist you with linking your bookings.
