Can I change my hotel category after purchase?

Once your booking is confirmed, hotel categories are assigned based on your selected package and availability. Because of this, changing your hotel category is not always possible.
If you’re thinking about upgrading your hotel, we recommend requesting this as early as possible. Requests made closer to departure can be more difficult to arrange due to limited availability and supplier restrictions, and prices may be higher at that stage.
