I'd like to link my booking with other bookings. Is this possible?

We’re here to help! Yes, it is possible to link separate bookings so that Travelers can enjoy experiences together. Please review the requirements and timelines below.
For bookings to be successfully linked, they must meet the following criteria:
Same Trip: All parties must be on the identical trip itinerary.
Same Dates: The start and end dates must match perfectly.
Same Category: All bookings must be within the same package category.
The sooner you contact us to request this after making your bookings, the better we can coordinate your group's logistics:
More than 35 days before departure: This timeframe provides the best opportunity to synchronize your arrangements. We prioritize these early requests to keep your group together, though final linking remains subject to availability.
Less than 35 days before departure: We will still do our absolute best to coordinate your services. However, as many arrangements (transfers, hotels, etc) are already finalized by this stage, we cannot guarantee that all elements can be successfully linked.
Please be aware that only land services (hotels, activities, and ground transfers) can be linked.
Flights on separate bookings cannot be guaranteed to be the same. * Only Travelers sharing the same booking are guaranteed to be placed on the same flights.
