What should I do if I've missed my flight?

If you miss your flight for any reason, you're advised to contact the airline directly to check if they can rebook you on the next available flight. Alternatively, you may also call and speak with one of our Travel Experts, who will be delighted to assist you.

What should I do if I've been denied boarding?

In the exceptional case where you find yourself denied boarding, you're advised to call us immediately so we can see how best to assist. Please note that it is your responsibility to ensure that your travel documents are in order, including having a valid passport and all required visas.
