What type of insurance policies do you offer through Ergo?

We currently offer two policies through Ergo, the Basic package (Seguro Básico) and the Multi-Assistance package (Ampliado).

The Basic package is included free of charge with all our bookings from eligible markets, it covers basic baggage, travel delay, personal and medical assistance.

The Multi-Assistance package (Ampliado) can be included for a fee for bookings from the eligible markets. Its cost depends on the destination and the duration of the trip. This policy covers baggage, travel delay, accident and personal assistance, liability insurance, cancellation, and reimbursement coverage.
