When is my payment due?

We offer different payment structures depending on when you confirmed your booking and the lead time before your departure date:
Bookings before Dec 29 '23:
Less than 60 days before departure: Pay 100% upfront via credit card.
More than 60 days before departure: 60% deposit, pay the remaining 40% 60 days before departure.
Bookings between Dec 29 '23 and Apr 15 '24:
Less than 30 days before departure: Pay 100% upfront via credit card.
More than 60 days before departure: 60% deposit, pay the remaining 40% 60 days before departure.
Bookings from Apr 15 '24:
Less than 70 days before departure: Pay 100% upfront via credit card.
71–150 days before departure: 60% deposit, pay the remaining 40% 60 days before departure.
More than 150 days before departure: 60% deposit, pay the remaining 40% 90 days before departure.
Payment Methods:
Credit card and affrim for all deposits.
Bank transfers are preferred for second payments; credit cards and ACH payments are also accepted.
The payment schedule displayed are the payment deadlines. You may make a payment at any time before the deadline.
Please note, that we don’t currently accept checks, or PayPal for payments. You may, however, pay via bank transfer, ACH payment, affrim, or credit card.
