Can I remove a Traveler from my booking?

Yes, we can certainly help with that! To ensure your group’s arrangements are accurate, our team will help you update your reservation by setting up a new booking for your updated group size.
Your available options depend on the timing of your request and the coverage you selected at the time of booking:
Flex Coverage:
More than 30 days before departure: You may remove a traveler from your trip. The Flex fee is non-refundable, and the remaining balance will be issued as a credit for your new booking.
Less than 30 days before departure: Changes are subject to penalties as per the cancellation policy.
Flex+ Coverage:
More than 30 days before departure: Offers maximum flexibility, allowing for a refund of your balance (after deducting the Flex+ fee).
Less than 30 days before departure: Changes are subject to penalties as per the cancellation policy.
If you do not have cancellation coverage:
Whether your request is more than 30 days or less than 30 days before departure, removing a traveler will involve standard cancellation penalties. The specific amount depends on the exact date of the cancellation as per our policy.
Important Considerations
Pricing Adjustments: Please keep in mind that total pricing may be adjusted based on the new group size. For example, if a remaining traveler now requires a single room instead of a shared one, the cost of your updated trip may differ from your original booking.
Promotional Offers: Specific promotions, deals, or discounts included in your original booking may not be transferable to your new booking.
