What cancellation coverage does Exoticca offer?

We know plans can change unexpectedly, so we offer cancellation coverage to give you greater flexibility if you need to cancel your trip.
Cancellation coverage can only be purchased during the booking process and cannot be added once your booking has been confirmed.
For bookings confirmed on or after August 17, 2026
You can choose from three cancellation coverage options:
Flex Light:
Cancel your trip for any reason up to 30 days before departure and receive 80% of your booking value back as travel credit in your Exoticca Wallet.
Flex Optima:
Cancel your trip for any reason up to 30 days before departure and receive 100% of your booking value back as travel credit in your Exoticca Wallet.
Flex Total:
Cancel your trip for any reason up to 30 days before departure and receive 100% of your booking value back as travel credit in your Exoticca Wallet.
If you cancel between 30 and 3 days before departure, you'll receive 80% back as travel credit.
For bookings confirmed before August 17, 2026
Our previous Flex and Flex+ cancellation coverage options may apply. The terms will depend on the coverage selected when you booked and how close you are to your departure date.
Important consideration
Travel credit: Travel credit does not expire and can be used toward any current or future booking.
