Can I change the dates of my trip without canceling my booking?

Once your booking is confirmed, all services are reserved as a package, so individual components included in your trip cannot be canceled or amended separately.
If you need to change your travel arrangements, your existing booking will need to be canceled and a new booking created. If you wish to rebook the same trip, please keep in mind that this will be subject to live availability, which becomes significantly limited closer to departure. Rest assured, our Travel Experts will always do everything possible to find the best available solution for you.
The terms that apply to your cancellation will depend on when you make the request, how close you are to your departure date, and the cancellation coverage selected when you booked.
Cancellation coverage can only be purchased during the initial booking process and cannot be added once your booking has been confirmed.
Plans can change unexpectedly, so we recommend adding one of our cancellation coverage options when you book for greater flexibility if you need to cancel your trip.
Bookings confirmed on or after August 17, 2026
Flex Light: If you cancel up to 30 days before departure, you'll receive 80% of your booking value back as travel credit in your Exoticca Wallet.
Flex Optima: If you cancel up to 30 days before departure, you'll receive 100% of your booking value back as travel credit in your Exoticca Wallet.
Flex Total: If you cancel up to 30 days before departure, you'll receive 100% of your booking value back as travel credit in your Exoticca Wallet. If you cancel between 30 and 3 days before departure, you'll receive 80% back as travel credit.
Bookings confirmed before August 17, 2026
If you selected Flex or Flex+ when you booked, the following terms apply:
Flex
More than 30 days before departure: You may update your package. The Flex fee is non-refundable, and the remaining balance will be issued as credit toward your new booking.
Less than 30 days before departure: Changes are subject to cancellation penalties. As most services are fully confirmed at this stage, options are very limited, but we will check for available alternatives.
Flex+
More than 30 days before departure: Offers greater flexibility, including a refund of your balance after deducting the Flex+ fee.
Less than 30 days before departure: Changes are subject to cancellation penalties. As most services are fully confirmed at this stage, options are very limited, but we will explore any available alternatives.
Without cancellation coverage or outside coverage window
Standard cancellation terms and applicable penalties will apply. Costs depend on how close you are to your departure date and typically increase as departure approaches.
Important Considerations
Travel credit: Does not expire and can be used toward your new booking or any future trip.
Dynamic pricing: Your new booking will be subject to current live availability and prices, which may differ from your original booking.
Promotions: Discounts or promotional offers applied to your original booking may not be available or transferable to your new booking.
