Can I add another person to my trip?

Once a booking is confirmed, we are unable to add a Traveler to the existing booking, as those services were secured based on the original group size. However, we are happy to help your party stay together!
How to add a Traveler:
Maintain your existing booking: Keep your original reservation exactly as it is.
Create a new booking: Visit our website or contact one of our Travel Experts to create a separate booking for the additional Traveler. (Ensure the trip, travel dates, and category match your original booking perfectly).
Request to link the bookings: Once the new booking is confirmed, contact us to request that they be linked. The success of this request depends on the timing:
More than 35 days before departure: This gives us the best opportunity to synchronize your arrangements and keep your group together.
Less than 35 days before departure: We will still do our absolute best to coordinate, but as many services are already finalized, we cannot guarantee a successful link.
Trips with Internal Flights: Linking bookings allows us to coordinate ground services and hotels; however, we cannot guarantee that Travelers will share internal flights. If flying together on internal legs is a priority, Travelers must be on the same booking.
